Yes, I am a certificed Life Coach Practicioner and a Mental Health First Aider. I also volunteer in a heart related charity.

While these certifications validate my knowledge, my best qualification is my real world experience of over 30 years of coaching and managing people in a personal and business setting!

Happily Married to an Irish Red Haired Beauty, have Two Great Kids and I am a Senior leader in a Multinational Corporation.

I am back on my feet again and getting happier everyday (it is a journey) and this site is how I did it and continue to do it!

I am an American who moved to Galway City on the West Coast of Ireland with my Family. Ireland is a beautiful part of the world with great healing power through its rugged nature and coastlines, and of course its people.

However, I always have a calling to the beauty of America and especially its wonderful landmarks (whether natural or made) in which I stand In Wonder everyday in my minds eye!

No, I have a full time position as a Director in a MultiNational Corporation running departments and managing many people.

This site is my private passion about my learnings in getting my life back together after serious setbacks and sharing those ideas with you in case they might help you or others!

The mission and goal of this site is to help people recover from setbacks and who might be in a bad place at present to find a happier life through personal growth paths found through awe inspiring landmarks.
